  I made a appointment two weeks ago to have some dry needling done on my shoulder. My appointment was for 9am and when I arrived, I signed in and the front receptionist said that Kris would be with me shortly. An hour later I went back up to the receptionist and asked how much longer it would be because I had to get back to work. A few minutes later Kris came up to me and asked why I was there, and I told her that I had made an appointment for dry needling a few weeks ago, and she said, there was a mistake made and my name was the same as one of their corporate directors, and she was expecting him instead of me, and that she could not help me out without a prescription. I had this completed before on my elbow and didn't need one at that time, which was fine that they required one now, but should have told me that on the phone when I made the appointment, or when I arrived. Instead, I took off work and waited an hour to be seen to be lost in the shuffle. Very poor management of the process.
