- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Well my insurance made me do a home study. I had to pay $300 to have it done, they told me that they would work with me and let me pay $150.00 upfront and then two monthly payments. That this was not covered by my insurance. Well it WAS covered by my insurance and BCBS paid them the $300. It has been almost a month and I have made two calls to them to get my refund. As of this date I still do not have my refund. I am not happy at this point. All I am told is well it has to go through different hands to get it done. But they sure did make me pay my money up front and I want my refund. Will be calling BCBS tomorrow to let them know that they bill the patient as well and then won't refund the money.
